1. About these terms
These Terms & Conditions govern the relationship between Your Company ("we", "us") and the recruitment agency ("Partner") using the Partner Portal.
2. Candidate submissions
- The Partner confirms it has the candidate's explicit consent to share their details with us for the specific role.
- A candidate is considered introduced by the Partner who first submits them through the portal for that role.
- The Partner must not submit a candidate who has not been fully briefed on the role.
3. Fees
Placement fees are agreed separately in writing and are payable only for candidates hired as a direct result of a portal submission.
4. Confidentiality & data protection
Job information shared through the portal is confidential. Both parties process personal data in accordance with applicable data-protection law and our Privacy Policy.
5. Account
We may approve, suspend or remove Partner accounts at our discretion. The Partner is responsible for keeping its login credentials secure.
